This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee eDiscovery projects from start to finish, regardless of their size or complexity, ensuring high-quality deliverables are provided on time.
• Guide clients on eDiscovery strategies from the stages of identification and collection to production, including culling, filtering, processing, and document review.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project-related inquiries, tailored solutions, and workflow escalations; act as a general subject matter expert and deploy specialized experts as needed.
• Conduct high-level communication meetings and status updates for projects/matters; provide suggestions, solutions, and recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and communicate project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Responsible for reporting project-level metrics and deliverables.
• Collaborate across internal delivery verticals to ensure that appropriate services are aligned with project requirements.
• Assist in the invoice process by reviewing and correcting client invoices as necessary.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree in a relevant field is a significant advantage.
• Over 5 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management with a services vendor or a major law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of standard eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace; Relativity Certified Administration (RCA) certification is mandatory, with additional relevant certifications being a strong asset.
• Familiarity with the analytics capabilities of various eDiscovery tools and knowledge of best practice workflows associated with them.
• Strong capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• A proactive problem-solver with experience in identifying and addressing issues early on.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to provide effective client-facing status updates and guide clients through challenging decisions.
• A relationship builder who takes a long-term approach to managing client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to manage colleagues in a matrixed environment.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
