This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate client-oriented eDiscovery initiatives and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Supervise project implementation and coordinate efforts across diverse teams.
• Manage project and client-related information efficiently.
• Offer insights on technical workflows and strategic project direction.
• Assess client needs and project objectives to develop tailored solutions.
• Work alongside clients and internal stakeholders to formulate project plans, outline deliverables, and set timelines.
• Direct project execution to guarantee precise and timely delivery in line with established requirements.
• Offer regular status updates, reporting, and consultations throughout the project duration.
• Provide expert guidance on Relativity Processing and associated eDiscovery technologies.
• Investigate and resolve hosted or delivered data challenges while ensuring data integrity and service quality.
• Analyze project obstacles, pinpoint solutions, and offer recommendations.
• Mentor team members and support their technical and project management growth.
• Experience in managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects in Relativity.
• Experience acting as the primary client liaison and handling stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related business software.
• Capability to oversee multiple simultaneous projects while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables.
• Ability to identify project challenges, assess alternatives, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Preferred: experience with advanced Relativity workflows, analytics, review, and production processes.
• Preferred: experience supporting litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.
• Preferred: experience implementing process enhancements or workflow efficiencies.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with legal service providers, law firms, or corporate legal departments.
• Occasional work outside of regular business hours may be necessary.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the job location's country.
