
Senior eDiscovery Application Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +19 more states.
• Provide support for eDiscovery applications on both the frontend and backend.
• Assist with Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro software suites, including the triaging and routing of calls to the appropriate technicians when necessary.
• Help in maintaining and monitoring client environments.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the software application catalog and its relevance to the customers' needs.
• Develop and revise documentation regarding internal processes and procedures.
• Engage with customers to keep them updated on incident progress and inform them of upcoming changes or scheduled outages.
• Record all work as service tickets in ConnectWise.
• Manage a daily schedule in ConnectWise, documenting all time and expenses.
• Extensive knowledge of various eDiscovery applications, including Relativity, CloudNine LAW/Explore, NUIX, iPro, RevealAI, Brainspace, and other pertinent applications.
• Strong comprehension of the diverse features and functionalities of each application.
• Solid understanding of the application requirements and the infrastructures that host these applications.
• Relevant training and certifications, as well as staying current with the software and hardware being supported.
• Responsible for overseeing the upgrade activities of eDiscovery applications.
• Familiarity with the EDRM Framework.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Relativity, NUIX, and/or Reveal software platforms.
• Experience with ticket management, issue tracking, and change log management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also effectively managing independent tasks.
• Business acumen: specific understanding of the customer and how IT aligns with their business strategy and objectives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects/issues, even in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements up to 10% of the time.
