This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of experimentation, website performance, analytics, and ongoing enhancements for the eCommerce platform.
• Create and manage an experimentation program focusing on landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), cart, checkout, and post-purchase processes.
• Formulate test hypotheses and oversee A/B and multivariate testing.
• Rigorously analyze results and convert insights into actionable recommendations and future testing strategies.
• Maintain a prioritized conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap that aligns with business objectives and revenue implications.
• Oversee funnel analytics and performance dashboards while ensuring precise tracking and reporting.
• Utilize GA4, GTM, heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings, and dashboards to pinpoint friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Measure the impact of tests through statistical validation and return on investment (ROI) modeling.
• Evaluate customer behavior to guide user experience (UX) and content strategies.
• Collaborate with UX/design, content, product marketing, acquisition, and development teams on website enhancements.
• Ensure that improvements adhere to best practices in usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
• Conduct quality assurance using device and browser testing tools.
• Present test outcomes, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and learning throughout the organization.
• 5–7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), eCommerce enhancement, web analytics, or growth-oriented digital positions.
• Profound hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or VWO.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics tools.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret funnel data, validate tests, and model revenue outcomes.
• Significant Shopify expertise with at least 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with UX principles, usability, visual hierarchy, and user behavior patterns.
• Highly driven, proactive, and passionate about creating top-tier digital experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to leadership.
• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
• Must be willing to work West Coast (PST) hours if not located on the West Coast.
