This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the profitability, promotion, pricing, and merchandising strategies for E&O products.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to formulate and implement channel marketing strategies aimed at selling E&O inventory.
• Partner with the connected commerce team to guarantee that effective merchandising and marketing tactics align with your business objectives.
• Evaluate and monitor POS, inventory levels, traffic, and other essential performance metrics.
• Coordinate with various internal departments and systems to ensure that approved pricing and product allocation align with your strategies.
• Work alongside the Sales and Finance teams to manage product listings, optimizing sales and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the consumer goods and/or eCommerce sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced functions.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work collaboratively across functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with construction tools and accessory products is advantageous.
