This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee Meta and Google Ads accounts, including strategy formulation, video briefings, static asset creation, reporting, and scaling efforts.

• Establish and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Hello Email, or similar tools.

• Organize and execute optimization strategies for shops and landing pages.

• Utilize AI to automate recurring tasks for clients.

• Ensure organized project management for each client, maintaining a comprehensive overview to prevent any details from being overlooked.

• Actively nurture existing client relationships by identifying their upcoming needs and proposing solutions, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

• Convert our consulting expertise into AI-driven workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and video tutorials. You will help create the tools that transition us from consulting to implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an e-commerce agency or as a marketer within a D2C brand.

• Practical understanding of effective advertisements, shops, copy, and landing pages, coupled with the ability to assess and demand quality beyond mere execution.

• Strong project management skills enabling the handling of multiple clients simultaneously without delays.

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and possessing a talent for sales, recognizing their forthcoming needs and addressing them.

• A structured and independent work style. We foster an environment of trust without micromanagement.

• A genuine passion for and experience with AI; this goes beyond casual use, showcasing a real enthusiasm for transforming online marketing through AI advancements.
