This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with clients to collect intricate business requirements, chart current and future business processes (business process mapping), and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Convert business requirements into precise functional specifications, design strategic roadmaps, and provide effective guidance to the development team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and the main technical point of contact to clarify complexities and eliminate uncertainties.
• Monitor milestone progress, manage the backlog, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases alongside data compliance validation.
• Evaluate performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to catalog health, content governance, and channel readiness to suggest long-term PXM best practices.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst (BA), or Strategic Consultant within large-scale e-commerce environments.
• Proven experience in facilitating client workshops, managing complex stakeholders, and mapping business processes.
• Strong capability to navigate ambiguity, think systemically, and comprehend inter-system dependencies (ERP, CRM, PIM).
• Comprehensive understanding of product data structures, catalog operations, attributes, and content governance.
• Extensive expertise in Akeneo PIM is a significant advantage.
• Experience with other enterprise PIMs (Salsify, inRiver, Pimcore) or complex ERP catalog structures, coupled with a readiness to specialize in Akeneo, will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional project coordination, roadmap management, and solution validation (UAT) skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a proven track record of establishing enduring trusted relationships.
• Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in French is a considerable asset for engaging with our clients in North America.
