This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of and oversee lifecycle campaigns from initial strategy through execution and analysis.
• Perform program and marketing audits for prospective clients, confidently presenting findings and recommendations.
• Create personalized customer journeys, pinpointing crucial touchpoints, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Act as the primary client-facing representative, converting technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage the development of briefs, copy, artwork, text/HTML templates, email campaigns, and more.
• Segment audiences to craft customized experiences that boost customer engagement and loyalty.
• Formulate and execute strategies for each phase of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and advocacy.
• Analyze customer data to extract insights and make informed, data-driven decisions aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in the customer journey.
• Promote positive customer reviews and maintain engagement with loyalty programs.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies and regularly report on progress.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors’ customer strategies to identify potential areas for enhancement.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated experience in customer lifecycle management, email/SMS automation, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data and extracting actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• A genuine passion for customer experience and a customer-focused mindset.
• Robust project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Collaborate with top-tier brands and software partners.
