This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and oversee Carrier’s worldwide digital platforms, which encompass CMS, eCommerce, search, marketing automation, localization, and SaaS integrations from a technological standpoint.
• Create and enforce multisite and multilocal standards, including site models at global, regional, and country levels that enable marketing teams while ensuring enterprise security and compliance with performance standards.
• Act as the technical leader for significant digital projects, including platform migrations, global implementations, and capability enhancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 8 years of professional experience in web platforms, eCommerce, and MarTech ecosystems, particularly focused on B2B and/or DTC eCommerce strategies.
• More than 5 years of direct experience using Agile methodologies.
