This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee and assign tasks related to fundraising, digital advertising, social media, and other digital initiatives as required. This may involve:
• Creation of email and social media content calendars for clients
• Composing persuasive content that solicits grassroots donations
• Coding and segmenting emails for targeted audiences using the email CRM
• Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing programs based on data insights
• Sharing successes with clients and fostering a positive client relationship
• Collaborating with a team on additional accounts to manage tasks as assigned, which may involve:
• Email production tasks, including content layout, landing page design, and quality assurance processes
• Managing all data-related information and ensuring that client-facing data dashboards are consistently updated
• Taking initiative to innovate, explore new approaches, and provide fresh perspectives in collaboration with colleagues and senior staff.
• Act as the primary contact for multiple accounts, leading daily internal and external account management.
• Managers and directors are tasked with coaching and developing the team, supporting department growth, and expanding BCom's network of relationships.
• Additional duties as assigned
• Proven experience in online fundraising for political or issue-based campaigns, nonprofit organizations, or agencies aligned with democratic values.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading
• Experience with commonly used CRMs and a willingness to learn new digital tools
• Familiarity with the various media components that constitute the digital ecosystem (fundraising, advertising, web, texting, social media, etc.)
• Strong understanding and interest in the current political landscape
• Experience in project management
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, from assignment to completion, in a fast-paced setting.
• Skilled in utilizing data and projections to forecast fundraising performance and guide strategy.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic remote work environment.
• Managerial or director-level candidates must possess experience in leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving client objectives.
