Senior Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Configure various Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems utilizing APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

• Perform unit testing, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization for Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to help achieve team objectives and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Proficient in customizing, configuring, and developing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and the Power Platform.

• Experience in developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to create scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project groups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience providing support for Microsoft Dynamics products to the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies.

• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

• Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including necessary fingerprinting, when required.
