Senior Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing improvement and management of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal.

• Create new technologies and functionalities for CRM systems.

• Execute necessary user stories in partnership with functional, testing, and development teams.

• Offer insights on acceptance criteria and the quality of testing.

• Guide other developers and work collaboratively with senior team members.

• Leverage AI capabilities in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.

• Extend support to the Operations/Production Support Team for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent qualifications).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Power Platform and Portals.

• Proven experience in leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other contemporary functionalities and modules within Dynamics.

• Proficiency with Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.

• Required experience with Call Center and IVR.

• Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML.

• Experience in supporting SDLC documentation, including Design Documents, Implementation Plans, and deployments.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.

• Capacity to obtain and maintain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

• Background in providing operations/production troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance.

• Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI, fillable PDF reports, and RDL reports.

• Preferred: Familiarity with GitHub and deployment pipelines.

• Preferred: Certification in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or a related field.
