Senior DSM Practice Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, commercialization, and effective implementation of energy solutions within utility and public-sector initiatives.

• Create high-quality, tailored solutions during the sales and proposal stages.

• Guarantee that these solutions are feasible, scalable, and provide measurable market results.

• Function as a strategic leader, solution architect, and practice developer, shaping program design across various regions.

• Establish and standardize methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for solution design throughout the organization.

• Guide and develop junior consultants and team members, enhancing internal consulting capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or similar fields.

• Proven track record in designing and executing complex energy programs or solutions.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, analytics, and data interpretation (Excel, PowerBI, or equivalent tools).

• Extensive knowledge of regulated utility environments, regulatory filings, and evaluation frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results within tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to varied audiences.
