
Senior Director, US Spine Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide strategic oversight for the comprehensive Spine supply chain, encompassing demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies that align with business growth, product lifecycle management, and commercial objectives.
• Lead and nurture high-performing global and regional teams, promoting accountability, engagement, and succession planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Regulatory teams to facilitate new product introductions and optimize lifecycle management.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels, reducing costs, improving inventory turnover, and bolstering supply resilience.
• Ensure adherence to all quality, regulatory, and environmental health & safety standards throughout the supply chain network.
• Oversee external manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure performance, mitigate risks, and develop long-term capabilities.
• Own supply chain performance metrics and financial outcomes, including budget oversight and productivity targets.
• Anticipate and proactively address supply risks, disruptions, and capacity limitations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
• Typically, 12-14 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles, with significant scope and complexity.
• Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional and/or global teams at a senior leadership level.
• Strong comprehension of end-to-end supply chain processes within a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry).
• Demonstrated capability in driving operational excellence, cost productivity, and service performance.
• Experience collaborating with senior commercial and functional leaders to achieve business results.
• Strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are preferred.
• APICS/CSCP, CPIM, Lean, Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
