Senior Director – Underwriting Technology Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver expertise in technological innovation as part of the underwriting transformation process.

• Continue to advance product technology to tackle issues related to outdated systems.

• Establish the technical direction across teams on what to develop and how to integrate.

• Execute management duties, including recruitment and coaching.

• Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the team.

• Propel the implementation of analytics, tools, and workflow decision-making.

• Supervise tools and decision support systems to facilitate actionable insights.

• Collaborate on the underwriting technology portfolio, roadmap, and vendor strategy.

• Shape the product technology strategy and roadmap informed by underwriting expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-layer teams.

• 7 years of experience in leading technology transformation initiatives.

• 5 years of experience in underwriting and/or revenue generation.

• 5 years of experience in actuarial pricing.
