Senior Director – T&O Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as a cross-functional leader within the T&O organization and manages the T&O finance ERP product.

• Holds accountability for every aspect of the end-to-end lifecycle of a Finance ERP product.

• Manages and influences budgets and operational plans.

• Connects teams and processes throughout the T&O organization to streamline and modernize operations.

• Ensures stable and secure operations across the CES Platform and Operations ERP Finance environment.

• Utilizes extensive ERP Finance process and domain knowledge to develop a strategic roadmap.

• Coordinates the efforts of multiple parallel teams to achieve higher-level outcomes.

• Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns.

• Concentrates on execution throughout the duration of a product release.

• Welcomes new technologies such as AI to foster innovative thinking and working methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR an associate's degree with at least 13 years of professional experience OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Finance product planning, development, operations, and support.

• Must possess 5-10 years of management experience.

• Requires 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
