This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and implement the digital and technology strategy for the eCommerce and Digital Transformation sector.
• Convert strategic objectives into practical initiatives and quantifiable results.
• Facilitate domain-level planning meetings and synchronize digital, technology, and business priorities.
• Assist the SVP, e-Commerce & Digital Transformation with executive governance activities.
• Prepare materials for board, executive committee, and steering group discussions.
• Provide updates on technology investments, key performance indicators (KPIs), and the progress of enterprise digital transformation.
• Monitor and manage the advancement towards goals and objectives.
• Compose, review, and oversee executive communications, presentations, and updates.
• Ensure stakeholders receive consistent communication regarding the digital and technology vision.
• Foster relationships within the eCommerce and Digital Transformation leadership team, functional leaders, and external collaborators.
• Anticipate stakeholder requirements and address potential risks, obstacles, or misalignments.
• Connect members of the leadership team to promote collaboration and alignment on key priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related area, along with a Master's degree or MBA is required.
• Over 12 years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or similar leadership positions.
• A proven track record in enterprise digital/technology transformation and governance.
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects into clear, engaging narratives.
• Experience in program management, portfolio management, or chief of staff-type roles is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and establish relationships across senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Capacity to integrate strategy, operations, and execution effectively.
• Ability to act as a thought partner and sounding board for the SVP, e-Commerce & Digital Transformation.
• Established ability to introduce discipline, structure, and rigor into processes and programs.
• Skill in crafting clear, persuasive messages for executive and board audiences.
• Ability to guide organizations through transformation with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
