This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leads a comprehensive product strategy from the initial conception and definition through to the end of life cycle.
• Ensures the effective and timely delivery of requirements.
• Guides those involved in the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or product group, providing insights and direction to drive optimal solutions with clearly defined benefits.
• Advocates for the adoption of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
• Selects, develops, and assesses personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Manages a dedicated team of Product Managers and Production Support staff to achieve strategic objectives.
• Embraces the JLL “Accelerate 2030” strategy with a strong emphasis on “Unlock Platform Excellence” & “Outpace through data and AI”.
• Delivers the approved 3-year ERP strategy and roadmap by collaborating with global and regional finance partners to design and implement technical solutions.
• Provides product expertise and fosters strong working relationships with finance and business partners.
• Oversees ERP O2C robustness, ensuring the timely resolution of priority issues.
• Responsible for establishing a comprehensive performance management framework that offers actionable insights into process efficiency, issue resolution, and business value, empowering proactive decision-making for stakeholders.
• Raises awareness of industry trends and ensures JLL adopts best-in-class working practices and technical solutions.
• Identifies opportunities for streamlining business processes through system configuration and automation.
• Manages operational issues, including reporting, timely resolutions, and the identification of ongoing mitigation strategies.
• Ensures deliverables are completed on schedule with minimal errors following deployment.
• Interfaces with Oracle and third-party vendors to coordinate technical activities and support.
• Oversees the entire product development lifecycle from conception and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
• 10+ years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2, preferably within the real estate or similar service industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, with specific expertise in the Order to Cash process.
• Strong grasp of financial close processes and month-end support requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage complex projects, and achieve results.
• Experience in supporting at least one global ERP rollout.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management (preferred).
• Oracle Accreditations (preferred).
• Familiarity with process automation tools and emerging technologies such as GenAI applications (preferred).
