📋 Description

• Overseeing initiatives that achieve essential business objectives and develop large-scale products and platforms.

• Lead the strategy and implementation of extensive, technically sophisticated, cross-departmental programs that align with Capital One’s business goals.

• Simplify complex processes and break down organizational barriers.

• Shape roadmaps, thoroughly investigate system design and architecture.

• Make informed technical trade-offs and drive the integration of platforms.

• Identify, address, define, and escalate plans for mitigating challenging technical dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing technical programs.

• Over 9 years of experience in designing and developing data-intensive solutions utilizing distributed computing.

• At least 5 years of experience in creating distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably with AWS.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building and leading a skilled Technical Program Management team.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing highly scalable mobile products and platforms.

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
