Senior Director, Technical Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide guidance to a team of Architects.

• Accurately define project scopes (including personnel, skills, and timelines) to meet client needs.

• Implement best practices in each client interaction by leveraging your extensive platform knowledge and offering Subject Matter Expertise in Salesforce Core/PSS products.

• Evaluate and oversee the work of fellow architects, offering constructive peer reviews and timely feedback.

• Contribute positively to client Services renewals (when relevant) by aligning customer success with the professional services roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with the Account and Services Sales team by spearheading pre-sales initiatives, such as creating client-specific proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), staffing plans, and engaging with other Subject Matter Experts across the organization to achieve consensus on proposals as needed.

• Effectively manage multiple strategic clients concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience in delivering and/or overseeing relevant solutions.

• More than 12 years of experience in providing consulting services, including leadership roles and active participation in selling professional services through technical solution expertise.

• At least 2 years of experience in sizing and scoping relevant projects.

• Salesforce System Architect Certification (or equivalent).

• Willingness to travel; up to 25%.
