This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Develop and sustain strategic enterprise partnerships with senior leaders to grasp priorities, workforce challenges, and talent requirements
β’ Counsel senior leadership on the impacts on personnel, organizational risks, and methods of implementation
β’ Spearhead global talent metrics, analytics, and insight generation, converting data into actionable suggestions
β’ Offer strategic direction, governance, and escalation advice to Talent Management and People & Culture partners
β’ Predict capability gaps, assist in resourcing decisions, and cultivate talent pipelines
β’ Supervise performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, retention initiatives, and employee experience programs
β’ Lead enterprise surveys and feedback systems, transforming insights into quantifiable enhancements
β’ Manage internal communications for talent programs, organizational changes, and people initiatives
β’ Shape leadership and employee development offerings while coaching senior leadership teams
β’ Mentor global Talent Management professionals and nurture future leaders in People & Culture
β’ Provide strategic advice on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with policy and legal standards
β’ Monitor organizational health metrics and modernize policies and talent programs for consistency and compliance
β’ Collaborate with Legal on global regulatory changes and policy revisions
β’ Act as a global DEIB ambassador, integrating inclusion, equity, and belonging within talent programs
β’ Lead change management, organizational design, and transformation initiatives
β’ Evaluate compensation, rewards, and recognition practices while advising on compensation and engagement factors
β’ Lead, develop, and inspire a global Talent Management team
β’ Participate in the People & Culture leadership team and represent Talent Management in senior leadership discussions
β’ Oversee onboarding and offboarding strategies and collaborate with Payroll and HR Operations on employee lifecycle processes
β’ Analyze workforce data, ensure compliance, and promote operational excellence
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent is required
β’ Bachelorβs degree is highly preferred
β’ 8β10 years of experience in HR
β’ Previous experience as an HR generalist
β’ Strong proficiency in business partnering
β’ Familiarity with global employment best practices
β’ Experience in managing an HR team
β’ Background in change management
β’ Proven experience in enhancing employee engagement
β’ Experience managing employee relations cases
β’ Demonstrated ability to build robust relationships with senior-level stakeholders
β’ Strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills
β’ Comfort in navigating ambiguity
β’ Effective conflict resolution skills
β’ Proficient in coaching and providing feedback
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and practical solution implementation
β’ Understanding of organizational culture and strategies to influence it
β’ Legal right to live and work in the United States

β’ Ability to provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support the professional development of team members
