Senior Director, Sustainable Procurement – Process Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as an integrated strategic ally within Procurement to shape sustainable purchasing choices.

• Oversee RFP/RFI sustainability assessments and final contract discussions.

• Manage key suppliers utilizing external sustainability and risk management platforms.

• Host regular global ESG and sustainable procurement discussions.

• Create and implement global procurement policies and training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; fields such as Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline are acceptable.

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in procurement, sustainability, supply chain, or analogous positions.

• In-depth understanding of global ESG reporting standards.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Required proficiency in ERP systems; experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is preferred.
