This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive strategic planning capability for your key client(s), ensuring that all plans are seamlessly integrated across all media channels, including offline, online, upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel environments, thereby enhancing our strategic media capabilities across the broader team.
• Direct the creation of thoroughly grounded, full-funnel strategic media plans that align with a client's business strategy to elevate its brand, utilizing the full spectrum of media principles (reach, frequency, incrementality, diminishing returns, attention, etc.) to enhance market share/penetration and drive profitable growth.
• Function as the team’s foremost educator and translator of media fundamentals, capable of articulating core planning concepts such as audience architecture, media math, reach curves, investment allocation logic, channel roles, and measurement frameworks to both hands-on client practitioners and VP+ executives.
• Collaborate with communications planners as necessary to ensure strategic coherence across audience, messaging, and channels.
• Generate and standardize the key outputs of Tinuiti’s planning tool suite.
• Supervise the training curriculum focused on revealing consumer insights and translating them into innovative solutions that address client challenges.
• Engage in C-Level partnerships by contributing to Tinuiti’s solution capabilities and achieving the agency's ROCK goals.
• Act as a vital stakeholder in the development of Tinuiti’s planning tool partnerships.
• Assess and outline the further development of Tinuiti’s tool suite.
• Lead consultancy initiatives centered on media mix and audience development.
• Innovatively transform information into succinct narratives that engage, inspire, and motivate.
• Establish trust with clients and become a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise and understanding of their business (i.e., data, goals, needs, etc.).
• Collaborate with primary client points of contact to assist them in guiding media strategies and recommendations throughout their organizations, while building credibility with VP+ stakeholders and other members of the IAT.
• Partner with Client Partners in account planning to identify media-driven growth opportunities that enhance client revenue growth.
• Promote a break-it approach to strategy and the role of media to unlock growth and develop new case studies for brands and the agency.
• Over 12 years of experience in media strategy and planning.
• Experience with omnichannel media planning across the marketing funnel.
• Proven experience working with major retail, eCommerce, or CPG brands.
• Strong perspective on industry planning, insights, and competitive tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the media landscape.
• Familiarity with planning and research tools, such as Kantar, Similar Web, Pathmatics, etc.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with clients and peers, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presentation and executive-level storytelling.
• Willingness to travel for onsite meetings 1-2 times a month at most.
