This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development of strategies and implement all services and programs aimed at enhancing key quality-related metrics for Medicare and Managed Medicaid.
• Identify and create essential tools, resources, and technologies to enhance Star Ratings performance and quality indicators.
• Collaborate with significant internal and external stakeholders and vendors to develop innovative solutions that improve Medicare Star Ratings.
• Formulate a comprehensive strategy for Medicare Star Ratings and CAHPS that aligns with client needs.
• Deliver strategic consultation and solutions to clients that fulfill their strategic goals.
• Manage a team of quality managers and data analysts, offering work guidance, overseeing budgets, and fostering performance development.
• Ensure proactive surveillance of proposed regulatory policies and contractual obligations related to Medicare Star Ratings.
• A bachelor's degree in business, health services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Medicare Star Rating quality programs, analytics, audit, compliance, operational compliance, or a related area.
• At least 7 years of experience in leadership or people management.
• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
