This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the domain-first solutions engine for sales and delivery initiatives.
• Oversee the presales function from initial discovery to seamless handoff into delivery.
• Manage and develop a team comprised of Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
• Establish the vision and benchmarks for scoping, showcasing, and securing strategic opportunities.
• Conduct scoping and discovery for key prospects, identify requirements, recognize risks, and define solutions focused on outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to achieve technical victories on significant and enterprise-level opportunities.
• Manage the entire RFP response process.
• Ensure smooth and repeatable transitions from presales scoping to implementation.
• Design and create AI-assisted tools, skills, and agentic workflows to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
• Publish, present, and promote Cherre's viewpoint on real assets data and semantic infrastructure.
• Convert market and client insights into inputs for the product roadmap.
• Extensive expertise in the real assets domain, covering capital stack, fund structures, debt and equity vehicles, investment vehicles, property operations, leasing, maintenance, and tenant/resident experience.
• Proven experience in scoping and designing solutions across the entire real estate asset stack.
• Global experience across various asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and alternative assets.
• Familiarity with US, European, and APAC market conventions and regulatory frameworks.
• Over 10 years of experience in real estate, proptech, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams of domain and technical specialists.
• Technical knowledge in entity resolution, graph-based data models, and semantic layer architecture.
• Capacity to engage credibly with client data and engineering teams regarding identity, confidence, and lineage.
• Understanding of typed, governed interfaces designed for agent consumption and the associated implications for product architecture.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications or presentations on real assets, data, or investment strategy.
• Executive presence for external representation and strategic negotiations.
• Ability to function as both a hands-on contributor and a mentor, including hiring, developing, and leading teams.
• An AI-forward mindset with practical experience in building tools, automations, or agentic workflows.
• Preferred: familiarity with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, building AI agents and agentic workflows, GitHub, and knowledge-management tools such as Obsidian.
