This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically consult with clients on solution design and business requirements.
• Lead the comprehensive technical solution for designated clients and sectors.
• Offer technical pre-sales assistance and assess as well as recommend solutions and strategies.
• Develop proposal frameworks and business strategies.
• Ensure that the final solutions adhere to technical specifications.
• Direct and evaluate technical proposal documents for integrity, quality, risk assessment, strategic direction, and consistency with standards.
• Manage solution cost modeling and optimization efforts.
• Prepare and present technical presentations to clients with appropriate technical detail.
• Create, maintain, document, and disseminate technical best practices and case studies.
• Take ownership of transitioning sold opportunities to implementation teams.
• Provide leadership during implementation, maintaining client communication and oversight for overall success.
• Serve as the technical escalation point and support for assigned clients.
• Ensure that solutions align with the enterprise's technical vision and standards.
• Offer strategic guidance to other solution architects regarding technology and design decisions.
• Identify process enhancements that improve profitability and client value.
• Advise and educate management, impacted teams, and clients.
• Foster internal relationships and provide feedback to product teams.
• Mentor junior architects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for solution upgrades, modifications, issue management, and client research.
• A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in technical presales and implementation roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing settings.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
• Subject matter expertise in comprehensive business and technical solutions for assigned clients or industries.
• Proficiency in identity resolution, including both deterministic and probabilistic methods, as well as offline and online stitching.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to data processing.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise delivery methodology design, project management, and change management practices.
• Capability to create, elicit, and plan designs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management abilities.
• Ability to convey the business benefits of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Recent experience with one or more of the following: non-cloud-to-cloud migrations, AWS/GCP/Azure, Snowflake/Databricks, clean rooms, CDP/Customer 360, real-time architectures, or AI/ML-enabled analytics.
• Experience in automotive data and solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
