Senior Director – Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create executive-level presentations and client updates that align with business priorities.

• Act as a functional and technical authority, providing support for strategy, best practices, optimization, and transformation efforts.

• Oversee performance analytics and reporting to convey results, trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Convert insights into actionable strategies, remediation plans, and enhancements in performance.

• Foster alignment among client and internal teams to achieve shared goals, strengthen partnerships, and expedite outcomes.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and revenue cycle outcomes.

• Collaborate with R1 operations and functional leaders to evaluate performance, reduce risk, and drive execution.

• Support the development and advancement of the Revenue Cycle Team.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent experience may also be considered.

• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in a management role.

• Profound expertise in healthcare revenue cycles.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to influence at the executive level.

• Proficient in developing executive-ready presentations and client updates.

• Functional and technical knowledge in strategy, best practices, optimization, and transformation initiatives.

• Capable of leading performance analytics and reporting.

• Skilled in translating insights into actionable strategies, remediation plans, and performance enhancements.

• Competent in partnering with operations and functional leaders to assess performance, mitigate risks, and drive execution.
