This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide expertise in specific focus areas and position yourself as a reliable advisor to clients to enhance value delivery.
• Conduct intricate, tailored demonstrations and proof of value that showcase achievable outcomes.
• Navigate technical decision-making, architectural considerations, and strategic approaches to facilitate product and service adoption and growth.
• Ensure a successful hands-on onboarding experience by managing readiness and assisting with the initial setup of new products and services.
• Foster awareness of products and features, helping to eliminate obstacles to adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Cloud Software Group, including Account Executives, Account Technical Specialists, Demo Center team, Enablement, and Solution Architects.
• Work with Product Management to provide reciprocal feedback to and from the PM team to influence the product roadmap and gather valuable customer insights.
• Promote awareness among field technical teams regarding product specialties, including new technical capabilities, previews, customer use cases, and success stories.
• Deliver value throughout the subscription lifecycle by supporting account teams and enhancing solution awareness.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills by consistently updating internal and external stakeholders on status, next steps, risks, etc.
• Address emerging technical needs by identifying use cases and customer success stories to share with the field.
• Participate in internal initiatives to conduct webinars, presentations, and create reference architectures, Techzone guides, etc., to facilitate onboarding and adoption of new technologies within the field and our customer accounts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Over 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the high-tech industry (Professional Services, engineering, systems administration, sales engineering, or consulting).
• Extensive specialized knowledge of Cloud Software Group products, particularly Citrix and NetScaler.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud are advantageous.
• Proven ability to effectively deliver and implement technical projects across multiple concurrent engagements in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• A commendable customer service attitude and the capability to interact with various audience levels.
