This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Administer and configure Workday HCM to enhance HR processes, ensuring the platform meets the needs of the organization.
• Set up and maintain Workday security access controls, roles, and permissions.
• Oversee and audit system security to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulations, resolving security-related issues as they occur.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data within Workday through ongoing maintenance and audits.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to collect requirements, design, test, and implement business processes that enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files for data uploads and integrations to optimize workflows.
• Design, create, customize, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, including advanced reports and calculated fields, to deliver actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues, ensuring smooth daily operations and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new Workday features or modules, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and security requirements.
• Develop user guides, provide training, and maintain documentation for Workday processes, configurations, and security protocols.
• Ensure Workday processes comply with legal and regulatory standards, protecting data privacy and security.
• Remain updated with Workday enhancements and new features related to HCM, reporting, and security to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration, particularly focused on Workday HCM.
• Proficient in Workday security groups, report writing, and data management.
• Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation tools.
• Experience in data migration, integration, and reporting within an HRIS environment.
• Understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Preferred experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Workday certification in HCM, Reporting, or Security Administration is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Additional Workday certifications are appreciated but not mandatory.
