Senior Director, Risk Adjustment Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee MRA Data Operations and ensure Ecosystem Quality

• Manage the complete MRA data ecosystem

• Guarantee that data is timely, comprehensive, and consistently dependable

• Propel Analytical Insights and Program Performance Reporting

• Create and sustain reporting and analytical frameworks

• Ensure readiness for audits, data governance, and compliance

• Strategically collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, and Clinical Stakeholders

• Lead and develop the MRA Analytics Team

• Identify and address data quality and process gaps

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare data, analytics, or data operations

• Direct, hands-on experience with Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment programs

• Proven track record of leading or managing data teams in regulated, audit-sensitive data environments

• Established experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical, finance, actuarial, and compliance teams

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field
