Data Analyst I, English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of CRS’s Responsible Data Policy and data protection measures across various country programs, departments, and business units.

• Ensure adherence to regulations by integrating privacy principles into operations and facilitate the implementation of privacy management systems like OneTrust.

• Collaborate closely with country teams, regional advisors, and global stakeholders to evaluate and alleviate data protection risks while enhancing capacity in responsible data stewardship.

• Advocate for and assist in the integration of privacy by design and default principles within project lifecycles and business operations.

• Organize the planning, execution, and documentation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for both new and ongoing projects, systems, and partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data protection, information systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in data protection, privacy, or compliance positions.

• Proven experience in supporting data protection initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational privacy standards.

• Practical experience in managing data protection incidents and assisting with privacy impact assessments, personal data mapping, and data subject rights under privacy laws.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
