This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Analyze booking patterns and benefit usage across accounts to uncover trends, unauthorized collaborations, or compliance infractions.
• Work alongside business unit leaders and specialized teams such as Legal, Club, Operations, Title Services, and HR to establish thresholds and effectively investigate all potential violations related to Club, Legal, or Compliance.
• Lead evaluations of processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiencies.
• Follow up on pending action items within an agreed timeline and ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor all matters identified during the analysis and investigation phases.
• Develop controls aimed at reducing future risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Club, and HR to assess controls tied to Point Utilization, Booking Patterns, Contact Center Operations, Sales and Marketing, and third-party activities.
• Generate recommendations for enhancing internal control processes and other value-added opportunities.
• Create reports and design tools and processes for report automation.
• Analyze extensive data sets related to sales, customers, or financial performance.
• Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL) and other programming languages to extract data.
• Align reports with business objectives and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other business areas and leaders to ascertain reporting requirements.
• Access existing databases and establish processes for managing new data storage.
• Recognize operational or financial discrepancies and develop and implement forecasting models for planning and control.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• One to three years of experience in Contact Center/Customer Operations.
• Proficient in designing automation and data connections using Power Apps, SharePoint, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Visual Basic.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain performance and take on new tasks with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to draft owner-facing documents and scripts.
• Ability to create training manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines throughout the work week.
• Detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Office 365, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Visual Basic, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar SQL database tools.
