This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Log incentive parameters by collaborating with trade partners or suppliers to define and document the details of incentive programs, including brands, target demographics, performance metrics, and timeframes.
• Review and approve incentive parameters, ensuring that any modifications receive authorization from leadership, trade partners, and/or suppliers before being input into the goaling tool.
• Input incentive goaling criteria into a goaling tool to establish incentive goals.
• Monitor ongoing incentive attainment by developing reports (e.g., Exec Summary, Leaderboard, etc.).
• Continuously track incentive attainment and oversee progress.
• Prepare a comprehensive recap of incentive results, including payout calculations.
• Present the final incentive summary to leadership/supplier for payout approval.
• Compile and forward all approved incentive recaps to payroll.
• Review all sanctioned incentive recaps and charge back the supplier (if funded by the supplier).
• Submit approved payouts to payroll.
• Act as the point of contact for inquiries regarding sales performance models.
• Plan monthly SPP objectives by determining specific goals for each RTM Goal Segment in alignment with Goal Strategy, ensuring that supplier contractual quotas are satisfied.
• Enter SPP objective criteria into the goaling tool.
• Monitor ongoing SPP objective attainment utilizing the existing SPP Dashboard and other tools (e.g., SPP Management Report, EOM Recap, etc.) and maintain secondary Excel files for leadership.
• Develop and track sales performance goals and accomplishments for national programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant analytical and/or commercial work, consulting, or project management experience is required.
• Experience in a data-intensive role using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Capable of obtaining and fulfilling industry licensing requirements as necessary.
• The critical nature of this position may require extended hours, overtime, and weekend work.
