Lead Data Analyst – Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for training site users and managing specific study projects.

• Generates BI Reports and conducts crosschecks between the Sponsor IXRS vendor and the CTS database.

• Preserves study-specific reporting.

• Engages with the sponsor and manages the Study Master Files.

• Possesses knowledge of the CTS database (Clinical Trial Subject database) functions and purposes.

• Resolves the majority of database-related issues.

• Conducts pre-production testing as needed before the release of CTSd software enhancements.

• Offers support to research teams or management by gathering and analyzing data and presenting results based on end-user requirements. Converts data into actionable metrics.

• Aids the IT Director in the problem-solving process, executing patch and update testing activities and user acceptance testing as needed.

• Reports to the President and COO as the Study Lead and to the IT Director as the Lead Data Analyst.

• Takes on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical research terminology, good clinical practices, and relevant regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• At least one year of experience in clinical research is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Teams, is required.
