This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• You will be accountable for the complete market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the United States.
• Converting strategic priorities into actionable plans by coordinating communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems.
• Spearheading a business growth agenda and advancing both organic and inorganic initiatives.
• Establishing and tracking commercial strategies, brand positioning, and sales channels while concentrating on enhancing both short- and long-term outcomes.
• Promoting high standards for individual, team, and organizational achievements through collaboration and empowerment; persistently striving to meet or surpass challenging objectives and promoting continuous improvement.
• Offering strategic leadership and guidance while supporting all functions within the local organization.
• Optimizing operations, minimizing costs, and ensuring alignment across all functions to 'Amaze our Consumers.'
• Extensive management experience in leading national or international FMCG or CPG companies/teams.
• Profound knowledge of all pertinent national and international sales aspects, tools, processes, and business collaboration.
• Solid understanding of marketing and financial principles.
• Significant and proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods sector is preferred.
• Established track record in category development, key accounts, market insights analysis, and driving growth through category leadership.
• A future-oriented mindset, with a curiosity for industry trends, digital solutions, and consumer innovations, along with the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies.
• Capability and agility to create and implement a strategic plan, assess and monitor results, and provide recommendations to achieve growth objectives.
• Proven experience in leading and nurturing diverse teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively engage with senior leadership, backed by a deep understanding of priorities and the courage and resilience to present alternative viewpoints.
