📋 Description

• Create a Revenue Powerhouse: Lead and unify the Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and SDR teams into a cohesive, proactive unit that supports both Sales and Customer Success.

• Establish the Source of Truth: Implement strict data standards within Salesforce to ensure it serves as the primary, accurate engine for all GTM reporting and decision-making.

• Propel Strategic Automation: Actively explore and adopt AI tools—specifically utilizing Gemini—to introduce automation that enhances organizational speed and efficiency.

• Convert Data into Strategy: Manage the complete analytical process for board presentations and executive decks, ensuring all GTM data is organized, planned, and actionable.

• Address Organizational Friction: Identify scattered knowledge or redundant functions across the organization and develop programmatic solutions to consolidate them.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven SaaS Experience: Over 10 years of leadership experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, particularly within scaled environments.

• Salesforce Architecture Proficiency: You have expert-level understanding of Salesforce and its integration with the wider tech ecosystem (Zendesk, Finance systems, Outreach).

• Enablement Expertise: You recognize the vital difference between product enablement and sales skill/framework enablement to optimize performance.

• Builder Mentality: You have demonstrated a history of thriving in lean environments, proactively closing loops without being prompted, and delivering results amid instability.

• Strategic Anticipation: You are not a reactive operator; you possess the curiosity and confidence to foresee business needs before they become urgent.
