This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Contracting and bundling strategies to enhance customer value.
• Implement processes for how Mimecast contracts and packages products and plans.
• Spearhead initiatives to optimize the licensing process for new customers at Mimecast.
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop bundling strategies that boost revenue, enhance customer value, and improve retention.
• Streamline quotes and contracts by utilizing standardized frameworks.
• Take ownership of the design and execution of updated pricing and billing models.
• Partner with Product to refine contract and bundle frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Deal Desk to implement promotional activities.
• Manage go-to-market preparation for the introduction of new products.
• Ensure alignment between quoting processes and reporting practices.
• Create and sustain clear licensing and renewal playbooks.
• Act as the point of escalation for non-standard or complex licensing and renewal issues.
• Over 10 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales or Revenue Operations, contracts, or GTM Business Systems.
• A demonstrated history of establishing strategy and driving cross-functional execution with executive stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com, including CPQ and opportunity and quote objects.
• Familiarity with RCA and/or NetSuite ERP is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting channel and MSP business models.
• Strong analytical abilities and skills in process design.
• Proven experience leading new product launches, implementing changes in pricing models such as consumption-based billing, or managing platform migrations.
