This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Effectively combines synergies between revenue, analysis, sales, integrated marketing, and distribution channels to enhance profitability.
• Collaborates closely with finance, operations, digital, and sales leaders in the analysis, formulation, and implementation of various revenue and pricing initiatives.
• Offers ideas and support for the online distribution of strategies and creative assets aimed at optimizing strategies in the digital realm.
• Develops and employs sophisticated analytical models to measure elasticity and yield.
• Evaluates pricing strategies for ancillary offerings and overall hotel revenue.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Strategy is essential.
• Certification in Marriott OYv2 is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Marriott brand hotels is required.
• Familiarity with multi-brand and independent/soft-brand hotels is important.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to effectively gather, analyze, and apply key data to support proposed initiatives.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with hotel teams, senior operations leaders, and ownership groups.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Highly competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000 based on experience.
