• Oversee Andela's go-to-market marketing initiatives

• Take charge of strategy, implementation, and the team focused on driving pipeline and revenue enhancement

• Lead a team of regional, partner, and product marketers

• Work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement teams

• Foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing

• At least 7 years in leadership roles involving people management

• Demonstrated experience in owning a go-to-market marketing strategy

• Proven success in go-to-market, field marketing, and demand generation

• Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement

• Previous experience in a global, remote-first organization
