This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform the Abounds RCM function into a scalable, technology-driven operating model that enhances accuracy, visibility, accountability, and overall performance.
• Utilize OnTargets capabilities and associated technology to convert operational requirements into actionable workflows, dashboards, work queues, automation, reporting, and control systems.
• Enhance billing accuracy, collections, A/R performance, denial prevention and resolution, payer follow-up, and revenue cycle reporting.
• Develop clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), handoffs, escalation pathways, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational rhythms that enable smarter work and consistent execution across teams.
• Lead and nurture revenue cycle managers, leads, specialists, and subject matter experts while fostering a culture of ownership, service, continuous improvement, and thoughtful technology integration.
• Act as a cross-functional collaborator to bolster business growth and improve operational performance.
• Over 6 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, operational transformation, or a related discipline.
• Proven history of enhancing complex, compliance-driven operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change.
• A technology-oriented mindset with experience in improving operations via workflow redesign, dashboards, automation, business intelligence, system optimization, or similar methodologies.
• A strong hands-on operator who is eager to delve into details, comprehend software and workflows, resolve practical issues, and scale those insights into broader initiatives.
• Proven capability to lead change, foster alignment, coach teams, and simplify complex processes into clear, measurable, and sustainable operating models.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
