📋 Description

• Delivers motivational leadership, proactive management, and mentorship focused on feedback to clinical study managers.

• Responsible for the delivery of regional studies or portfolios, ensuring quality that meets inspection readiness standards, within set timelines and budgets.

• Guides regional clinical operations teams and serves as the escalation point for resolving issues within the assigned portfolio of studies.

• Guarantees the alignment of regional resources and deliverables with the overarching goals of the portfolio.

• Manages the planning and execution of assigned clinical studies from feasibility through to closeout activities for the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in clinical operations within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical research, including relevant experience as a team lead in clinical functions and across multiple studies is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.
