
Senior Director β Rebate Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead all operations related to rebates, including financial management, client administration, and reporting activities.
β’ Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing rebate value, profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
β’ Establish, develop, and manage WellDyne's rebate aggregation business, focusing on product strategy, implementation, market growth, and business development initiatives.
β’ Supervise rebate forecasting, financial analysis, accrual support, and reporting to ensure precise measurement of financial performance, aiding Finance and Accounting in their decision-making processes.
β’ Guarantee the accurate calculation, reporting, and distribution of rebate payments per client contractual obligations.
β’ Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of all necessary federal, state, client, and regulatory rebate reports while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and contractual commitments.
β’ Offer strategic leadership on rebate client contracting, formulary opportunities, program design, and regulatory changes affecting rebate performance.
β’ Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance teams to review and create rebate-related contract language, ensuring operational feasibility and reducing organizational risk.
β’ Manage relationships with rebate vendors, aggregators, and other key business partners.
β’ Work alongside Sales, Pricing, Client Audit, and Client Services to support new business initiatives, client presentations and reporting, RFP responses, pricing analyses, audits, and growth strategies.
β’ Lead, develop, and mentor the rebate management team, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
β’ Provide executive leadership with strategic insights regarding rebate performance, growth prospects, industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
β’ At least 10 years of progressive experience in PBM rebates, pharmaceutical contracting, healthcare finance, or a similar field.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
β’ Proven experience in developing new business opportunities, supporting sales processes, and managing client relationships.
β’ Preferred experience in rebate financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and manufacturer contracting.
β’ Strong understanding of PBM rebate operations, rebate aggregation contracting, manufacturer rebate programs, and rebate GPO economics.
β’ Familiarity with federal and state rebate-related reporting and compliance obligations.
β’ Exceptional financial, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
β’ Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
