This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a thorough Provider Experience Baseline Study— pinpointing primary friction areas and automation possibilities.
• Collaborate with the AI and Product teams to test AI-assisted documentation and automated follow-up processes.
• Initiate an integrated backlog with Engineering, defining SLAs and clear responsibility for key provider-impact issues.
• Serve as a principal product advocate as the organization evolves its SDLC and product development methodologies.
• Achieve early successes in three domains: clinical documentation efficiency, operational workflow enhancement, and telehealth effectiveness.
• Set up governance rhythms, success indicators, and feedback mechanisms for continuous AI and workflow projects.
• Create and implement a multi-year strategy for modernizing the clinician experience through AI.
• Advocate for "voice of provider" feedback mechanisms to ensure AI and technology solutions address genuine frontline challenges.
• Define and monitor KPIs: provider NPS, time-to-document, AI adoption rates, task automation coverage, and clinical system uptime.
• Establish governance for prioritizing provider-facing technology, balancing quick wins with strategic investments.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Product leadership to co-design next-generation tools for documentation, scheduling, and telehealth.
• Build and manage a team dedicated to provider analytics, workflow design, and AI-driven automation.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in product management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of 8 years in people management roles.
• Minimum of 7 years in strategic leadership positions.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems including EMR, RCM, and call center technologies.
• Proven success in driving operational efficiency and scalability initiatives.
• Experience in implementing AI or automation within operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, interoperability, and system integration.
• Direct experience in managing the full cycle of product development from concept to production release and management.
• Experience in building and scaling high-performance product teams within a large healthcare organization.
• Proficient at converting user needs into actionable technology and process improvements.
