• Contribute to Ensemble's growth by implementing a structured Standard Operating Model.

• Facilitate coordination across various departments to ensure successful outcomes.

• Guarantee that project work is clearly defined and meticulously planned.

• Create and uphold compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and processes.

• Monitor and report on portfolio performance while managing associated risks.

• Aid in governance processes across multiple departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10-15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

• Significant leadership and management experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management.

• Capability to lead professionals towards achieving optimal performance.

• Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel as required, up to 25% of the time.
