This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement a dynamic calendar of regional marketing events throughout Western Europe, which includes in-person customer gatherings, partner roadshows, and virtual webinars.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics from start to finish, encompassing platform setup for webinars, venue coordination, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Create and maintain detailed task lists and timelines to guarantee the seamless execution of every event element.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for regional partners, working together on co-marketing projects, joint events, and collaborative webinars.
• Handle communications with potential customers and VIPs before, during, and after events to ensure a top-tier brand experience.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure effective tracking, scoring, and follow-up of event attendees.
• Craft compelling and engaging copy for event registration landing pages, promotional social media content, and webinar abstracts.
• Tailor global marketing messages to resonate with a B2B audience in the Western European mapping and geospatial technology sector.
• Lead regional email marketing initiatives to boost event registrations, manage pre-event reminders, and oversee post-event nurturing sequences.
• Construct, test, and launch emails with our team that utilizes our marketing automation platform while continually optimizing for higher open rates and conversions.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in event marketing, field marketing, or program management.
• Prior experience or a solid understanding of the B2B SaaS, mapping technology, GIS, or location intelligence sectors is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing both virtual webinars (e.g., Zoom, ON24) and live events or trade shows.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities, with the skill to simplify technical B2B concepts into concise, action-oriented event promotions and emails.
• Practical experience with marketing metrics, including the ability to extract and analyze reports.
• Outstanding organizational and task management capabilities.
• Comfortable leading discussions with external partners and presenting strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting across Western European time zones.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in an additional Western European language (e.g., German, French) is a significant advantage.
