This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive standardized delivery frameworks to ensure global consistency and scalability.
• Innovate by utilizing tools, automation, and AI to enhance service delivery and performance.
• Align practices with business objectives to boost revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish long-term client relationships by tailoring services to meet their needs.
• Develop strategic partnerships aimed at integrated service delivery.
• Improve client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and proactive enhancements.
• Oversee Professional Services P&L to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Optimize resource planning, project management, and performance tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support sales initiatives and uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead the recruitment process to create high-performing Professional Services teams.
• Create enablement programs to ensure consistent and effective team delivery.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, especially SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise software architectures, including cloud technologies and modern application development.
• Proven capability to lead and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving service sales initiatives.
• Strong leadership attributes, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage customer relationships and expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (at least 40% for customer engagements and business requirements).
