• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, especially SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise software architectures, including cloud technologies and modern application development.
• Proven capability to lead and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving service sales initiatives.
• Strong leadership attributes, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage customer relationships and expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (at least 40% for customer engagements and business requirements).
