Director of Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, expectations, and performance metrics.

• Establish and uphold field-wide standards to guarantee consistency and accountability across all markets.

• Develop and execute SOPs, playbooks, and scalable tools throughout all field operations.

• Oversee comprehensive program execution, from planning to delivery and optimization.

• Ensure alignment between client goals and internal operations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and stimulate revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field operations, client services, or multi-site leadership roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-market field operations.

• Experience in leading agency account service teams.

• Strong expertise in process development, operational scaling, and performance management.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable steps.
