Senior Director, Product Management – Revenue Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for HighLevel’s revenue-generating offerings, which include Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other products based on usage or subscriptions.

• Establish the long-term vision for each product domain, ensuring it aligns with HighLevel’s overall company strategy, customer requirements, market trends, and revenue goals.

• Prioritize investments in products across a portfolio of revenue streams, taking into account customer impact, revenue potential, margin profiles, adoption opportunities, and strategic significance.

• Create clear product narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations for the executive leadership team.

• Manage the business performance of assigned product lines, focusing on revenue growth, gross margin, usage trends, attach rates, adoption, retention, and profitability.

• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Data, and executive leadership to set revenue targets, forecast performance, uncover growth opportunities, and navigate trade-offs.

• Examine product-level financial performance and customer behavior to pinpoint opportunities for improved monetization, cost reduction, margin enhancement, and sustainable growth.

• Lead the pricing and packaging strategy for revenue-focused products, including usage-based pricing, subscription tiers, add-ons, bundles, overages, and margin optimization.

• Ensure a top-tier user experience across revenue products, making certain that they are intuitive, reliable, easy to adopt, and valuable for agencies and their customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams.

• Proven experience managing revenue-generating SaaS, usage-based, subscription, marketplace, payments, communications, or platform products.

• Track record of success in managing product-level business outcomes, such as revenue, adoption, retention, pricing, packaging, and profitability.

• Strong grasp of P&L ownership, monetization strategies, unit economics, margin optimization, and business forecasting.

• Experience in developing and launching pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS or usage-based products.

• Demonstrated capability to define product strategy, construct roadmaps, align stakeholders, and execute across complex product portfolios.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities, assess trade-offs, and measure impact.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive teams.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers.
