Senior Director, Product Management – MarketScan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and oversee the long-term vision for MarketScan

• Discover and explore new avenues for MarketScan's growth

• Manage investment trade-offs in the realm of data product innovation

• Take ownership of comprehensive portfolio management for MarketScan services

• Enhance the value of “research-grade” data through precise product definitions

• Collaborate with Data Operations, Data Governance, and Engineering teams

• Improve the delivery experiences associated with MarketScan

• Offer strategic guidance to marketing, sales, partnerships, and enablement teams

• Act as a public representative for MarketScan

• Build and lead an effective product organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, product strategy, data/analytics platforms, or related fields

• In-depth knowledge of market demands, client challenges, significant use cases of real-world data, and growth prospects

• Proven track record in managing complex product portfolios—preferably in areas such as real-world data, healthcare claims data, data platforms, analytics, or research solutions

• Strong grasp of healthcare data expectations and limitations (including data quality, privacy, governance, de-identification principles, and operational controls)

• Demonstrated success in collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Operations, and Governance teams to produce scalable, dependable data products and customer experiences

• History of influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders and fostering alignment across product, commercial, and operational objectives

• Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and leadership capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA, MPH, PhD, or related fields are preferred.
