This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for ServiceTitan’s Fintech suite, balancing immediate execution with a long-term vision for how financial tools can transform the trades.
• Propel the transition from checks to digital payments by integrating contemporary payment methods such as Tap to Pay and Pay by Bank.
• Lead strategic decisions regarding Money-Out products (including Payables, Business and Fuel Cards) using a disciplined framework of build, buy, or partner.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement plans to achieve program objectives.
• Guide product teams in creating outstanding payments and embedded finance solutions that provide measurable customer value and enhance engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering on technical architecture and delivery while maintaining a solid understanding of the systems being developed.
• Define and monitor success metrics; utilize data to identify performance gaps and make swift corrections.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key fintech partners, including gateways, processors, issuing banks, and lenders, from deal structuring through integration and performance monitoring.
• Work in partnership with Business Development to identify, assess, and finalize strategic partnerships that broaden product capabilities and customer reach.
• Skillfully negotiate commercial agreements, balancing the need for quick closure with the importance of long-term structural flexibility.
• Serve as a connector across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, and Finance to ensure the success of the Fintech program.
• Drive customer acquisition, transaction volume growth, and the adoption of new products in collaboration with Sales and GTM teams.
• Foster executive alignment and present the investment rationale for the Fintech roadmap to the senior leadership team.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure that all Fintech products adhere to regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
• Implement risk management strategies that safeguard ServiceTitan’s financial health and customer trust.
• Report on portfolio performance to executive leadership, providing clear insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years of leading teams in fintech, payments, or embedded finance within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Extensive domain knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including gateways, processors, interchange economics, network rules, and the intricacies of merchant acquisition in both online and in-person settings.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial partnerships with financial institutions, processors, or lenders, including the negotiation and structuring of deals from start to finish.
• Experience with P&L accountability or operating with GM-level business ownership; adept at tracking revenue levers, margin dynamics, and making resource decisions accordingly.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities; capable of building alignment across Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Finance without relying solely on organizational authority.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to advocate for investment decisions at the CFO and CTPO levels and simplify complex trade-offs for diverse audiences.
• Possess a strategic vision combined with a robust ability to execute in uncertain, fast-paced environments.

• An MBA or advanced degree from a prestigious program is preferred.
